KKP Terms of Service

1. Scope and Acceptance of Agreement

Welcome to KKP (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"). This Terms of Service ("Agreement") is a legally binding document between you and the operators of the Platform regarding your access to and use of the Platform's website, services, and related features.

The Platform is deployed in the United States and provides services to users worldwide.

Please read and fully understand all clauses carefully, especially the important clauses identified in bold, such as those concerning the exclusion or limitation of liability, applicable law, and dispute resolution.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you are of legal adult age in your jurisdiction and that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, please stop using the Platform immediately.

2. Service Description and Age Restriction

As a technical service provider, the Platform primarily provides indexing, searching, and linking services for adult content publicly shared on the internet. All content originates from third-party users or public internet resources. The Platform provides information storage space and linking services under the "safe harbor" provisions of applicable laws (such as the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) in the United States) and does not directly create, upload, or store content files, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Age Restriction: The Platform strictly prohibits access by minors. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use this service. We reserve the right to request age verification at any time and may implement technical measures to prevent access by users we believe to be minors.

3. User Conduct

You agree to comply with the laws of your jurisdiction, the location of the Platform's servers (United States), and all applicable international laws and regulations. You may not use the Platform for any illegal activities, including but not limited to:

• Content Restrictions: Uploading, disseminating, or viewing any adult content that is illegal under the laws of your location or the United States, especially materials involving violence, non-consensual acts, child pornography (strictly prohibited), or other legally prohibited materials such as bestiality.
• Intellectual Property: Publishing, transmitting, or storing content that infringes on the intellectual property rights (including copyright, trademark, patent), trade secrets, portrait rights, or other legal rights of others.
• Privacy and Security: Infringing on the privacy of others or engaging in any activity that endangers computer network security.
• Other Illegal Activities: Engaging in any other activities that violate applicable laws and regulations.

The Platform has the right (but not the obligation) to review user conduct. Upon discovering any violation of this Agreement or applicable laws, we have the right to unilaterally take measures including, but not limited to, removing content, issuing warnings, suspending, or permanently terminating accounts without prior notice. You will be solely responsible for all legal consequences of your actions.

4. VIP Membership Services

• Service Content: VIP members can enjoy premium features such as ad removal, high-speed access, and favorites, as specified on the purchase page.
• Payment: You purchase VIP services through third-party payment channels. You authorize us and our payment partners to deduct fees from your payment account.
• Refund Policy: Given the nature of digital services, all VIP service purchases are final and non-refundable. We recommend that you consider this carefully before purchasing.
• Service Changes: We reserve the right to adjust the content and pricing of VIP services based on business development and will notify you of significant changes through platform announcements.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Platform is at your sole risk. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

• Content Disclaimer: The content on the Platform is provided by third parties, and we cannot guarantee its accuracy, legality, or non-infringement. Pursuant to Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act in the United States, as a provider of an interactive computer service, the Platform is not liable for content created or published by third-party users.
• Link Disclaimer: The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the availability or content of such external resources.
• Service Interruption: We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure, system maintenance, network attacks, or other reasons.
• Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Platform or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The Platform's total liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us for the VIP service during the preceding three months, or $50, whichever is greater.

6. Intellectual Property

The intellectual property rights of the Platform's interface design, trademarks, logos, etc., belong to the Platform. The intellectual property rights of content uploaded or shared by users belong to the original rights holders.

We respect intellectual property and comply with the provisions of the DMCA. If you are a copyright owner and believe that content on the Platform infringes your rights, please submit a DMCA-compliant infringement notice to us through the designated contact method.

7. Modification of Agreement

We reserve the right to unilaterally modify this Agreement at any time. The modified agreement will be published on this page and will take effect from the date of publication. We recommend that you review this Agreement periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after the modifications constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the modified terms.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the operator's location. You hereby consent to and waive any objection to the personal jurisdiction, venue, and forum non conveniens of such courts.

9. Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Platform regarding the use of the service.
